Just in case you haven’t heard, micellar waters are the latest beauty buzz! Before we get into this let’s look at the history (I promise it won’t become a lecture!), of the micellar water. They first came around in Europe during the early 1990’s after French pharmacist wanted to provide women with a gentle cleanser that wouldn’t dry out their skin. (European water tends to be a bit harsher).
After having a successful round in England and France, micellar water has finally hit the U.S! Last month, Simple Skincare released the first ever Cleansing Micellar Water.
